Chef/Owner Gus brings a lifelong passion for cooking and hospitality to Dandelions Cafe. As the owner of Pambasos, a local food truck, Gus has always loved connecting with the community through great food. When the opportunity to take over Dandelions Cafe came along, he and his family knew they were becoming stewards of a true Evergreen gem. They are honored to continue the cafe’s legacy while sharing their love of food and community with every guest who walks through the door.
